Traditional Oak Smoked Fish
All on site at Lowestoft in Suffolk, keeping it traditional, 9 healthy oak smokers all ‘knocked up’ and handmade by ourselves provide us with excellent flavour, excellent colour and overall an excellent quality product. In these smokers we prepare our outstanding salmon to go into the big kiln for its natural oak therapy to get that perfect succulent taste you all honour and love so much. The salmon goes through an exact time process and a specific concentration of smoking to give us the best result money can buy.
Crystal Waters have been perfecting all of our smoking sequences for many years now. Over the time that Crystal has experimented with all differnret products whilst starting from next to nothing Dan (with the help of his team) has managed to build an all newly refurbished smokeing factory including all dedicated rooms for each step of the way which includes, a brand new smoking area with all new smokers and a brick kiln, a packing room with temperature control and a brand new smokefish fridge to store all of our lovley products in the best conditions possible.
Also to enhance our business, we have 2 all singing all dancing machines which have been imported from Holland. But these things are simply amazing. Whole mackerel, whole trout, kippers, cold smoke salmon sides, haddock. You name it!
