Ian Stucky

As head of transport Ian plays a very important part as it is his job to collect and deliver products. He is always travelling up and down the country to either Grimsby or London whilst making multiple stops along the way to all of our customers/suppliers.

Ian hasn’t always been a driver. He started off working with Dan many years ago doing the markets with him whilst learning in depth about the trade. Ian has been with us for over 9 years and now knows everything there is about being a fishmonger all because of what Dan has taught him.
