We are small family run Suffolk based smokehouse specialising in quality English and Continental seafood. Crystal Waters Traditional Smokery boasts all in house and homegrown produce from the whole raw state to the finished cooked article. We prepare a range of superb fish and seafood including kippers, haddock, hot-roast salmon, mackerel and buckling.

We are well-known stockists of anything that swims ranging from Anchovies to Zanda which can be found on our numerous stalls in Suffolk and Essex, including Saffron Walden, Cambridge, Clavering Southwold, Hadleigh, Halstead, Newmarket, Manningtree and Halesworth. Top restaurateurs and cookery schools also look to us for fish and seafood, whether from afar or our local boats each morning.
