Dan and Mandie met the same year that Crystal Waters was established in 2000 but didn’t join the team until 2004 where she became a valued member of the team from her hard work in the office along with being in charge of the packaging for the smokery.

Mandie also helped Dan with several markets and lots of food festivals over the years. As the business grew she became in charge of all accounting and Director alongside Dan.

In 2004 they were expecting their first child. On the 15th of April 2005 they were blessed with the birth of their son Harvey who would soon grow up to follow the same path as his father.
