Hot Roast Salmon

Caught fresh from the Norwegian seas, our salmon is imported to us overnight then immediately goes into processing. As a traditional business we hand prepare all of our fish into portions ready for the brining. Then time for the salmon to go under the salt for hours of delicate curing. Depending on the order we are getting ready the salmon may need our assistance in adding falvourings such as Honey Glaze, Garlic and chive, Chilli Pepper or a mixture of all three (Triple Shot).  Following this, the fish is then placed onto trays to then move onto the cooking cycle. After this the salmon is left to cool and when down to the correct temperature, is ready to be packed carefuly and shipped off to all our now happy customers.
